Profil

Les travaux de Mélanie Lavoie-Tremblay portent sur l’attraction et le maintien en poste de personnel infirmier, les programmes d’orientation destinés au nouveau personnel infirmier, l’organisation des soins et du travail, la main-d'oeuvre infirmière, l’évaluation des programmes et le transfert de connaissances aux gestionnaires. M. Lavoie-Tremblay est co-responsable du Centre FERASI (Centre Formation et Expertise en Administration des Services Infirmiers) qui vise à améliorer la qualité, l’efficience et la sécurité des soins et services.
